Taxes and fees more – why not? Who knew that the mere mention of leaving the "taxes" are confused thoughts, some very negative, or simply "wrong" ideas on taxes, welfare and church and how it affects their status and historically Liberation why. I recently received an email with a language very badly, because I have the position of siding with the tax exemption for the Church. In search of the tax issue, I decided toSupport the reason (s) and the help of others, I noticed some very powerful organizations and / or foundation are exempt from tax, but little or no information available to the public is not exempt from tax.

Here is a partial list of non-non-profit, non-profit organizations, public and private foundations and churches, the IRS IRS allows an exemption under § 501 (c) (3):

Schools
Hospitals
social services;
RedCross;
Universities and colleges;
scientific organizations;
Museums
or other non-profit organizations, including: Cornell University, United Way;
including, but not to private foundations, namely: the Bill Gates Foundation, General Electric Foundation, Triad Foundation, Packard Foundation, limited human Hines (the family of Teresa Hines Kerry), Carnegie, Rockefeller,
Churches

Revenue Act of 1862 created the Office of the Commissioner of revenue to fundThe civil war, which is now under the Treasury. 1894 came into force, were the first federal income tax exemption for any company or association organized for religious, educational and charitable. The U.S. Supreme Court declared the law unconstitutional in 1895, however, are the following texts of the Code, the IRS, all income tax exemptions contained in the following formulation.

The company Excise Tax of 1909 contained aProvision that the tax does not apply "to any company or association organized and operated exclusively for religious, educational or charitable …" In the Revenue Act of 1913, the federal government has exempted churches and various other agencies including the Federal Tax Administration under the modern federal government, the tax code.

So) under IRS Section 501 (c) (3 excluded, an organization for recognition of exemption by submitting a Form 1023and meet the diverse needs first approved by the IRS. Historically, the creation of a "church" and exemption from taxes is going even further, as in the Bible (the inspired Word of God is recognized as the will), the source here include:

In the Book of Chronicles about (425 to 400 BC), God speaks to King David and said, "Wherever he went, with all the Israelites, I never said that one of their leaders, whom I commanded to shepherd my people:" WhyWe do not build me a house of cedar? (1 Chronicles 17:6);
"Then King David said to the whole community:" My son Solomon, whom God has chosen, is young and inexperienced. The task is great, because this palatial structure is not for people, but for the Lord, my God. "(1 Chronicles 29:1);
In the book of Ezra Artazerxes, the king, when the priest Ezra, about (538-457 BC), reading in part:
"This is a copy of the letter that King Artaxerxes gave Ezra 'sPriests and scribes, an expert in the words of the commandments of God and his laws of Israel "(Ezra 7:11);
"Everything is ordered that the God of heaven, let it diligently to the house of the God of heaven." Yes, why should it be the anger against the kingdom of the king and his son? "(Ezra 7:23);
"We also found that you will not be allowed, taxes, duties or custom, one of the priests, Levites, singers, lay leaders,Nethinim or servant of the house of God "(Ezra 7:24)

How strongly believes in the words of the Lord, I sincerely hope that the imposition of state taxes, recognition, custom very offensive, because God is the Almighty, the owner / creator of heaven and earth. In honor of the house of God is essential, especially in times of today. Personally I have no problem with a private or public demand and receive an exemption under federal guidelines in place. ButI do not think the privilege of subjects so as not to the church, at least when people are misinformed, who have benefited from exemptions and why they come into question.

In short, both mentally and manages the exemption by the government as an inherent "right to society."
